Bowers Properties, Inc. (BPI) was formed through predecessor companies in 1977.  Since inception, as a full service commercial real estate firm, Bowers Properties has acquired, developed, leased, sold and managed over 7 million square feet of multi-family, industrial, office and retail space primarily in Southern California as well as Sacramento and Las Vegas.

Over one-half of the firm's projects include the renovation of existing structures or retrofitting to accommodate other uses.  Bowers Properties' projects have been diverse, from the restoration of historic, landmark buildings in Downtown Los Angeles to the development of a 300,000 square foot, sophisticated, build to suit industrial/office facility in South Orange County.  Two of its latest projects include a 10,000 square foot mixed use, ground up development on Coast Highway in Laguna Beach and an "eco-friendly" rehabilitation of five detached rental homes in Eastside Costa Mesa.

BPI is officed in Newport Beach and manages a diverse portfolio consisting of office, multi-family, and industrial projects in Orange and Los Angeles Counties.  The firm is small and contracts for services with entities that are qualified to render specific services.  The selection of the architects, engineers, contractors, brokers, and other consultants is based on product type and location.  BPI takes a flexible, hands on approach to ownership, property management and development with its experienced and professional team placing an emphasis on developing long term relationships with its tenants and business partners.
